Initial expression of interest
Starting a WhatsApp conversation only expresses interest in becoming a service partner. It does not create an account, approve a partnership, guarantee activation or promise work assignments. Formal onboarding and document requests occur separately when appropriate.
Purpose
Formal registration lets a service provider submit business information for review by Sethu Properties. Registration, submission or document upload does not guarantee approval, activation, preferred status or work assignments.
Information collected
We collect account email, business and contact details, office address, services, operational coverage and documents voluntarily submitted for verification.
How information is used
Information is used to review, contact, verify and manage service partners, maintain operational records and prevent duplicate or abusive registrations.
Accuracy and authority
The registrant confirms that submitted information is accurate to their knowledge and that they are authorized to represent the business.
Privacy and security
Partner documents are private and available only to the linked partner organization and authorized Sethu Properties personnel through controlled access.
Account responsibility
Keep login credentials confidential and notify Sethu Properties if access or submitted information may be compromised.
Review and changes
Sethu Properties may approve, reject, suspend or deactivate a partner through its governed review process. Internal decisions remain administrator-controlled.
